Our phenolic fabric wear rings are made from round tubes, which are composed of high-strength polyester fiber and phenolic resin under certain pressure and temperature.

Product application

Phenolic fabric wear rings and guide rings have a precise guiding effect on the piston and the piston rod moving in the hydraulic cylinder, and can absorb the radial force generated at any time. At the same time, the wear ring prevents metal contact in the sliding portion of the hydraulic cylinder. Phenolic fabric wear ring is used for where compressive strength and abrasion resistance of PTFE bearing strip is not sufficient.
