Piston seals ensure fluid or other media does not by-pass the piston as the system pressure pushes the piston down the cylinder during a pressure cycle.
Piston seals are dynamic seals, typically single-acting (pressure acting on one side only) and double-acting (pressure acting on both sides) seals.
Rod seals are considered the most critical element of a cylinder sealing system. They prevent the leakage of fluid from within a hydraulic cylinder to the outside as the rod cycles back and forth (dynamic pressure sealing). Rod seals work together with wiper seals to protect a hydraulic system against external contaminants such as dirt and outside weather conditions.Rod seals are static seals installed in the glands or housings. They maintain a seal with the piston rod in dynamic motion.

It is constructed with a tough wear resistant thermoplastic polyester(TPE) face, which is loaded by a profiled nitrile energizer. Material options can be provided for the sealing face, including lubricated polyester and PTFE, All designs have rectangular polyacetal anti-extrusion rings. The TPE face material is suitable for both roller-burnished and honed tubing.

Kintowe DF310 swivel pressure seal is designed specifically for use in hydraulic swivel joints . The seal assembly consists of a filled PTFE seal ring energized by an NBR O-ring. For aggressive media an FKM O-ring can be substituted.

Dust rings
Dust ring is used in combination with piston seals and anti-wear rings. This product is used in combination with anti-wear and piston ring seals to prevent cylinder oil from mixing with foreign particles, resulting in seal damage and a long service life.
Back-up rings
Bronze filled PTFE back-up rings are mainly to fill the cylinder, hydraulic system without losing its sealing function, can effectively prevent the O-ring "extrusion" phenomenon, improving its use pressure.
