Kintowe PTFE wear strips prevent metal to metal contact between piston/rod and bore/gland and absorbs transverse loads. Filled PTFE material gives good load capacity with low friction and stick-slip-free operation.

Product application
40% Bronze-filled PTFE wear strip is primarily used in light-duty hydraulic applications. This self-lubricated, long-wearing material offers superior frictional characteristics and high temperature capabilities. It is not recommended for use with aluminum bores and soft metal rods, nor in applications involving moderate to heavy side loading.
