Our guide rings are composed of thermosetting phenolic resin reinforced with high-quality cotton fiber and finally finished with heat solidifying process under certain pressure and temperature, then it turned out to be semi-finished tubes, they could be made into different guide ring dimensions.

A wear ring or guide ring, provide a bearing surface to center the piston and rod dynamic surfaces in a reciprocating cylinder application. It can withstand transverse or lateral loads to prevent metal to metal contact between the moving parts and improve seal life performance.
