Kintowe PFC-22 rudder bearing is made of a composite material that is composed of thermosetting resin reinforced with special synthetic fiber cloth and friction modifier. This product contains high performance resins and friction modifiers which are marking this product thermally stable and with lower coefficient of friction.
Our PFC-22 composite rudder bearing is proved to be a synthetic bearing bushing material via DNV, this material can replace traditional bronze in a growing range of marine bearing applications due to its good advantages:
