Kintowe rod and piston guide rings are widely used in engineering machineries, like excavators, loaders, cranes, mining machineries etc. Depending on the load, we have various materials to meet different working conditions, main material is phenolic resin laminates and polyester resin laminates.
Rod and piston guide rings have the task of guiding the rods and pistons of hydraulic cylinders and preventing direct metallic contacts with the cylinder housing. Kintowe have the ability to supply suitable guides to every type of cylinder, and in longer service life.
Now our guide rings supply to SANY, Hengli, Liugong, Lonking and many foreign customers. We have the material which has same properties with KT200, C380, Q5029, Q5038, we also have filled PTFE seals to meet other requirements.
